Information Care Circle uses
Care Circle uses account details, verified contact information, preferences, permissions, call and delivery metadata, and the content needed to provide features you choose. Calls may be transcribed to create private entries and owner-directed actions.
Private journal and conversation content
Full journal entries and original conversation content are private to the owner by default. Family members receive only the separately generated updates allowed by the owner’s sharing settings. Support access is scoped, time-limited where applicable, and audited.
Family updates
Eligible family updates may publish after the owner’s configured review period. The owner may reject an update before publication and withdraw or delete it afterward.
Retention, export, and deletion
The owner can review retention settings, request an export, revoke permissions, and request account deletion through Privacy & Data. Some limited audit, security, billing, or legal records may be retained when required for legitimate operational purposes.
Service providers and security
Care Circle uses service providers for cloud hosting, calls, messages, email, AI processing, and optional calendar integration. Access is limited to the functions required to operate the service. Somporko uses encryption, access controls, and audit records to protect account information.
Relationship to Somporko privacy terms
This Care Circle Privacy Notice applies specifically to Care Circle and supplements the general Somporko Privacy Policy. When this notice describes Care Circle data or processing more specifically, this notice applies to your use of Care Circle.
