Using Somporko Care Circle
Somporko Care Circle provides voice check-ins, reminders, private journal creation, Memory Lane, family updates, and owner-controlled support tools. It is not an emergency response, medical monitoring, diagnosis, legal, or financial-advice service.
Your account and permissions
You are responsible for keeping your verification codes and account access secure. Family relationship, payment responsibility, or invitation status does not automatically provide access to private information. The account owner controls permissions and may change or revoke them.
Calls and generated content
Calls may be transcribed and processed to create private journal entries, reminders, assistance requests, and privacy-filtered family updates. Generated content may contain errors. Review important dates, reminders, summaries, and actions before relying on them.
Availability and acceptable use
Service availability may change during the beta period. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, or use Care Circle for unlawful or harmful activity.
Plans and billing
Plan availability, trial duration, included minutes, and usage limits are shown during signup or in account settings. Somporko may change or discontinue beta plans with notice. Payment processing may remain manual during the beta period.
Relationship to Somporko terms
These Care Circle Terms apply specifically to Care Circle and supplement the general Somporko Terms of Use. When a Care Circle provision addresses the same subject more specifically, that Care Circle provision applies to your use of Care Circle.
